Often I am out creating new membership videos & taking photos on long backpacking trips in the wilderness, without internet.
- My response time is 3 weeks maximum, but often much much less, if I'm near internet.

Email support is provided for questions about your billing, membership level, or use of the platform, as provided further down the page.
Email support is not provided for any questions concerning the learning material on this platform.
- The goal is to provide answers to learning material questions, in video form, through the Q&A Video Series, so everyone can learn, longterm. Submit your photography questions using the Comment Support Section above.
- This creates a large video repository of knowledge that anyone can access & learn from at anytime.
- In turn, I can spend all of my time creating new video content, to answer your questions, which can help thousands of people learn all at once.
