First Option: Update your web / internet browser.

1. Most often out of date web browser versions cause this issue.
2. Update to the latest version.
3. Close down the web browser including all tabs & windows.
4. Open it back up with the latest version.
5. Log back in.

Second Option: Change the video settings.

1. If updating your browser does not work, change the video settings using the graphic below.
2. Navigate to any video on the website. You can use this one for example.
3. Select the "Gear" button on the top left of the screen.
4. Change the "Player" Setting from "HTML" to "Flash". (Reference Graphic Below)
5. Refresh / reload the page.
6. Try playing the video again.

Third Option: Clear Browsing Data in Web Browser

1. Google, "Your web browser + clear browsing data" if you need directions on how to do this.
2. Clear "Cookies & other site data" as well as "cached images & files". These are the exact names for Google Chrome. They will be close on other browsers.
3. Close all tabs & windows.
4. Restart browser.
